through TeleTrack™
3. To transfer funds to and
from your bank through Bankoh SurePay™ ACH
Service and ACH Commerce.
4. To maintain a permanent
record of your account so that you may
obtain future Payday Advances.
5. To transfer information online through
Hawaiiantel Internet
Services™.
6. To send you information
from time to time on the status of your
account and changes in our policies or
services.
All information you supply
is confidential. We do not share or sell
customer lists or information with any other
individuals or businesses other than those
listed above, and then only for the express
purpose of processing and maintaining your PayDayHawaii
Membership Account.

Posting and notice of fees
charged for online service:

(plus 4% Hawaii State GET) of the face
amount of the check*.

Consumer complaints about the check
cashing business may be filed with the
Department of Commerce and Consumer
Affairs. The telephone number of the
consumer information service of the
Department of Commerce and Consumer
Affairs is 587-3222.
*"Check," means any
check, draft, money order, or other instrument
for the transmission or payment of money.
